• Customer Supplied boards - 150.00
• (Meaning YOU buy the board, then PAY me to install it) This price is for a straight install with a client included chassis and all other needed parts

MISC. parts

• This list can include GOTH Chassis TCSS Premium speakers, switches, wire, battery holders, ECT. Basically anything I need to purchase to build your saber.

If it is not a BASIC install and is not listed here, it falls into the CUSTOM category. Please contact me via PM. Your costs will go up.

If you have something special in mind , based on my previous work, PM me to discuss it.
***I offer a 365 day repair on my work from the day you receive it. ANYTHING after that is subject to a repair fee***

Last of all. I want you to be happy with your saber. please contact me with ANY issues before the 365 day deadline, I will help you.

And Finally LATE CHANGES TO A BUILD WILL COST MORE, AND THE SABER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THESE CHARGES ARE PAID.

Late Change Fee structure
If a deposit has been paid and the parts are ordered, and changes by the client after that will involve a fee.
Parts cost/parts return cost + 20.00-25.00

Rush Order Fee
Rush Order 10.00 base+ 10.00 for each saber ahead of yours
For example: Your saber has 7 other builds ahead of it. You need it NOW! An $80.00 fee will be imposed.
No one likes a line jumper.

Nuisance Fee Structure
Once your build is started I will answer status requests once a week. 3 status requests in 1-2 weeks will get a 20.00 fee added, per request. This is a guideline, and subject to my judgment. If you want it rushed see above.

If any of these fees is applied/billed to you, they must be paid before your saber is shipped.

Payment policy

Paypal is the preferred methods of payment.

  • Purchase payment type. You will have buyer protection.Fees are calculated into the price

Shipping

• Domestic:
  Your items will be shipped by USPS
  Delivery Confirmation or a tracking number will be sent automatically from USPS. Contact me if you do not receive one.
  Insurance is added in as well.
• International:
  Expedited mail service or Priority mail(depending on the value)* via USPS
  Don't ask me to lie on customs forms.
  I will declare it as a gift or product sample. For all I know, it is a gift for a relative.
  I will not declare it lower than it's value. 
  Insurance will be added in as well.
  

Shipping policy update.

FEDEX will no longer be an option for shipping my products, valued over 1000.00
If insisted upon, Third party insurance will be added to the shipping costs, along with any deductible that the third party insurance requires. This deductible will be refunded as soon as the package arrives and is confirmed there has not been any damage to the saber by the client.

Warranty Info

Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship for the Product for a period of 365 days from the original date of Receipt from Jango.

This limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, commercial use or modifications of this Product, or normal wear and tear; (2) improper operation or maintenance of this Product; or (3) attempted repair by any party other than Jango.* This Limited Warranty does not apply where it is determined by Jango that there is no fault with the Product itself. Repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty may, at Jango's discretion, be carried out at the owner's expense.

And - You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the Product to and return shipping from Jango.

Electronics, such as soundboards, batteries and LEDs are not warranted by me, as I did not make them.

Crystal Focus Repairs must be preformed by Plecterlabs. You will be responsible for any fees this incurs.

*If you attempt to repair it yourself, the warranty is void. I will repair, but it will be at the buyers expense.

Warranty is non transferable.

I have to make all of them by hand and each one takes about 45min to 1 hour. They are compatible with the 2.1 mm recharge port that TCSS sells only.

Quality Control.
Each one of these is tested in a DEAD 2.1 mm recharge port from TCSS while being made. The they are tested in a CF recharge port equipped saber to make sure they cut the power. This is one of the reasons the first run took a while. If they did not pass the second test after turning it 360 degrees, they were reseated with a new nylon stopper.

Warranty info. and policies
When you receive your key, please make sure they install smoothly. They should move easily, and have enough tension to stay in place against  the pull of gravity, and or gentle movement. If you get a key that needs to be forced, check your recharge port to make sure it is a TCSS 2.1mm port. I cannot make ones that fit in other ports, unless you send it to me ahead of time.

If your key breaks under normal use, send ALL pieces back and I will repair, replace or give you store credit. The topper is the most important part.

**Jango Core: Similar to Erv style blades. 1 wrap of corbin film on the inner wall with 4-6 of polypropylene film installed on the inside. Erv style has the corbin lines running length wise, Jango style is in standard format with the corbin lines making rings and giving the appearance of a inner core.

I have a new band saw in the shop, and it makes quick work of poly-carbonate. So I have decided to remove the custom blade length charge on all blade orders.
