Title: Destrius' Lord Vader ESB 2005 force fx review.

I am so pleased with this saber! Lets start the review!

HILT
The hilt is an impressive peice of work! It is nicely arranged and not too hard to handle if you know where to grip it. The 6 rubber grips run all the way up to the control box area. The igniton switch is a strip of six bubbles. Its easy to flip and difficult to accedently turn off midswing.(at least for me) The upper hilt consists of many intresting details, and a beautiful chrome finish. There are little wires(fake, of course) popping in and out of little black holes in three locations on the hilt to give it a "real saber" sorta feel. There is also to ports above the control box that would most likely be "recharge ports" as they are called in the star wars dictionary. The emiter is made from a nice textured plastic. It fits the saber well. On the emiter are several unmovable knobs, and a D ring which is pretty secure. The speaker is located on the end cap, which can unscrew to take out the battery holder. Overall, the hilt is amazing! Griping it makes you believe its a real lightsaber! It is also well replicated from the original prop. I didnt find it that heavy, but I have nothing to compare it to. BLADE
The sturdy polycarbonate blade feels very secure. When I first slid the power switch to my vader, I was amazed! The blade shines a beautiful, full, red. Trust me, pics cant do it justice, its really brighter than most would think! In most pics it appears orange or dull(like mine). Dont be fooled... I was so impressed with the blade, words cant describe it. It has a great glow and a very "Sithy" mood. Pics...

SOUND
The sound is one of the Vaders strong points! It is very unique. I find the volume to be perfect. The hum is AWSOME. Very deep and sith like. It has several swing sounds, but only one clash sound. The vaders other features make up for it. The motion sensors are very well synced.

OVERALL
This is a great saber I recommend for anyone! Sounds great, looks great, feels great! If you feel sith, this is the lightsaber for you! I would give it a 10/10, but because there are brighter blades, and the one clash sound, It rounds to 9/10. Excellent saber! I love it very much, and I know you shall too!

Glad you like your Vader. I love mine as well. The sound is this sabers best feature IMHO. The great thing about this saber is that other than the Maul, no other saber uses this sound! Here's a shot of mine.
