Obi AOTC Arena/Clan SaberThis hilt was made by the talented One Replicas. I picked this up on the forums here literally two days after LDM posted his C.S one. Upon receiving it, I found the pommel to be solid, so I contacted O.R. and he very nicely made me a new hollow pommel with a switch installed.
For internals, I was debating between the Crystal Shard that I recently gutted my light shank for, or an older P.C. I decided to use the C.S. for another project, as I had another P.C. 1.5 that was perfect for this. I just opted to not use the aux. function since I didn't want to drill any additional holes in this very nice hilt.
Like LDM's build, all the internals are modular, with the two red thumb screws holding the LED assembly in place. They also serve as the blade retention screws. The Rebel LED turned out to be the perfect sky blue color and is extremely bright. There is no recharge port as I have the battery pack attached to the board via a small Q.D. Nothing overly fancy with this weapon, but in this case it was not needed as the very well done hilt makes it what it is.

Update 9/18/12After the initial install, I decided it just didn't "do it" for me. So here it is redone...and it's much better. The Crystal Shard that is in it was gutted from the shoto that LDM had made me, since I had given it to my kids and they decided they didn't like the loudness, lol. I felt it was perfect for this
build since the last thing I wanted to do was drill any holes for a recharge port in this very nice hilt to add a different board.
All parts modular and are held in via the two red set screws (borrowing the idea from LDM's Arena install).
