I got my Triple Force LED GGR and wired them up for a comparison with a LedEngin RGGB
I try to be as scientific as possible, down to using the same saber for both LED, same blade, and a camera with full manual controls.
The saber is an MHS Luke V2 with a PC1.5 (my CF is with MH for repairs) with a thin wall transparent blade with about six feet of wrap.
I am driving both LEDs using the same settings at 1.5A. Both LEDs are wired GG parallel.
I took two different levels of exposure for comparison.

You can tell that the Triple Force is brighter and produces a more even blade.
While the brightness difference between the two is not huge, the evenness of the light is where Triple Force win hands down.
I tested another RGGB I had to make sure there is no brightness issue and that one is even worse. One of the Green die is obviously a different bin

So I had to go with this RGGB. At least both Green dies are the same bin.
To be fair, The LedEngin is not driven at the optimally (only 750mA per die) but at the same time, so is the Triple Force. I will do another test with both LEDs driven at 2A when my CF comes back.
One noticeable difference is the Triple Force produces less heat than the LedEngin. I guess that means they are using less current to achieve the same power.
Overall the Triple Force LED is really promising. The shade of green is surpringly similar to the LedEngine.
