What would you like to see in Season 5?

Okay, so I know this is a while off, but I was wondering what others would like to see in Season 5 of The Clone Wars (apart from all of Katie Lucas's story notes being loaded into a rocket and shot into the sun).

Personally, I would love to see a story where Mace Windu lives up to his potential, rather than just standing around looking serious. He's a cool character, and I think they could do a lot worse than have him as the focus of a couple of episodes.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Ahsoka's death? It was supposed to be in the show, but then there were those deleted scenes from the ROTS bluray that shed some doubt on that... (not because I hate her, I just don't want them to wimp out on it)

More Aayla, maybe some Quinlan Voss?

Yeah, I have to agree that Ahsoka's death would be 'good' for the same reasons. It would go some way toward explaining why Anakin was so easily turned against the Jedi in ROTS. The whole Padme dream thing always seemed a bit of a stretch to me, but if he's trying to deal with the recent death of someone else he cares deeply about as well, it would make more sense.

Yep, that would be pretty nice too. I'd like to see him let his dark side show in a duel with Savage Oppress and Maul. It would be a neat way to get rid of those two and a good way to show what Anakin is like when he lets his anger and fear have free reign. Maybe the trigger could be the death of Ahsoka at their hands.

More Deathwatch would definitely be good. Something that shows just how deadly they really are.

Definitely less Anakin, Obi-wan, and Ahsoka.  Not because I hate them or the Clone Wars. Just the opposite. The non-Anakin episodes in Season 4 were really good, especially the Deathwatch, Ventress/Bounty Hunter, and the Clonetrooper/Master Krell story arcs. We need more of what happens elsewhere in the galaxy.  One thing I am dying for is Maul vs. Grievous.

I'd also like to see some tweaking/updating of the character designs. Yoda and Dooku look way too off-kilter/cartoony to be taken seriously alongside more accurate/convincing character designs. Yeah I know, too much to ask for.  It's just when they're on screen I sorta cringe.

One last thing I'm really hoping for is some Darth Sidious. In action. With lightsaber. Dueling against somebody. Bringing back Maul opens up this possibility.  I hope they jump on it.

Cool ideas toddshogun. Maul vs. Grievous could be a lot of fun (I have to say I'd be cheering for Grievous all the way on that one, but it should be a really tough fight for both of them). Likewise, Sidious in action could be really good too. It would be nice to see the most powerful Sith Lord ever actually doing something other than hiding under his cowl.

I know what you mean about Yoda and Dooku. They're under-utilized, and when they are used it's just kind of unsatisfying. It's a bit frustrating seeing as how they both have so much potential for awesomeness.

I really like dooku in the series, actually. Especially In the night sister arch and "the box." you might not notice, but he's become considerably more expressive in his appearance, and I think they really fleshed out his appearance for he third and fourth seasons.

I wouldn't mind seeing the relationship between Ahsoka and Lux Bontari grow a little more. After the Episode in Season 4, A Friend in Need, it's clear the two have feelings for each other. I'd like to see where that goes.

Somehow bring back general Krell. Or have some kind of Krell apprentice. How they introduced this character then just chump killed him with a clone is so annoying. Krell had the best lightsaber sound ever! Also i havn't seen all the episodes of all the seasons, just what i randomly catch when its on the tube. But the Krell episode i was like "this guys a bad xxx" you could tell that he had some evil intentions up his sleeve.

More dark side moments for Anakin
Ahsoka's final fate, whatever it turns out to be
Maul with a doublesaber, not a one-blader
Anakin vs. Dooku, that short fight in Ssn4 was pretty epic
Mace and Yoda fighting!
Dooku vs. Maul & Savage (okay, just Maul really but one comes with the other)

Ahsoka falling in unrequited love with Anakin [setting herself up for a 'noble sacrifice' to 'die saving the man she loves who can't love her back'...which would push Anakin towards the edge with guilt...he's not exactly psychologically stable at the best of times eh?]...

...then Palpatine manipulating the Council and Senate into a situation that creates a LONG mission  [3 ep arc?] for Obi-Wan and Padme to go on alone WITHOUT Anakin - resulting in Obi-Wan developing 'feelings' for Padme he can't admit even to himself...

...creating an opportunity for Palpatine manipulating Anakin to bring him closer to the Dark Side with vague hints of Obi and Padme being "closer, after this mission" and other 'suggestive' lies as seen in the novelization of ROTS...planting Sithy 'seeds of distrust' between Ani and Obi which would also play into Ani's 'guilt complex' when he finds out Ahsoka died for unrequitedly loving him while he has been made increasingly 'suspicious' and 'doubtful' of Padme and Obi by Palpatine [lets face it the Chosen One is pretty dang naive and immature emotionally and easily manipulable by an older Machiavellian plotter like Palpy]...

...causing increasing 'emotional outbursts' that begin to make others on the Council including Mace question his fitness to ever become a Master and doubt if he really is the Chosen One [which would further wound his fragile Egomania]...

...and then Ani making a fatal error on a mission that makes him begin to doubt himself too and worse his clone troops question his leadership...this would really fuel his nascent paranoia and ego problems...more instability for Palpatine to exploit...



Slippery the downward slope to the Dark Side is ummhmmm...esp when greased by Sith Lords it is...
