I would say so. Mainly because all the SMD pads are already bridged. With a CF you have to add appropriate resistors/bridge the pads for the accent LEDs.

Other than that... not much difference at all. Cept it is a little more stressful soldering on a CF because... well... it is a CF.

It's a bit simpler because there are less things to solder, but the placements of the pads, and the pad sizes are the same basically. Other than that Sollus is right on target!
