From Time to time we come across roads that lead us to an impasse.

Those notifications and whom they concern as well as the resulting actions will be posted in this thread.

Dear members of fx-sabers

Due to conflicts of interest with or between the following companies pertaining to
the site/forum or any of its affiliates, and/or by formal request to have their content
or discussions removed from the site...

Nova Conceptions
Saberforge
Ultrasabers

I have been advised by Legal Counsel that anyone who Formally threatens this site with Legal action
are subject to be removed/banned from membership if deemed necessary and any further contact from
those who have threatened this site with legal action will be considered harassment.

Any Posts Made on Legal Matters Internal or External and Speculation concerning Companies listed in the
Conflicts of Interest, by either its Employees and or Partners are also Discussions that fall under these terms
will be removed until further notice or once the conflicts of interest have been resolved by or with said companies.

It is at this point in time necessary to no longer allow feedback or discussion of products or services from said companies
until further notice in order to preserve the integrity of the forum and keep the community free of legal discussions
or related speculation and/or to comply with their formal requests for removal of content.

It is also to be understood that fx-sabers in no way condones any sort of defamation
against those listed under conflicts of interest.

If you have interest in their products or services you can find such information at those companies respective websites.

We are sorry for any inconvenience.
