ah so they get full health when they are flagged for new combat.  Makes sense if you get jumped while riding your mount (can you be attacked when mounted in the game?) I always enjoyed knocking people off their rides in other games.

Time will bring the real end of our trial.  One day they'll be no remnants

Yes you can, higher level speeders are harder to knock people off of though.

It feels like a pebble can do it from the first speeder level.

hawt   :D

Jedi Guardian DPS here at the moment too.  Found a fun "glitch" with companion.  If they get low hp, mount up and dismount and POOF, companion back at full hp.  No need to (for jedi guardians at least) use introspection to get them up.

I like my cannon fodder companion.

I use that every time!!! :p *lack of patience*

That is a good idea.  I typically just dismiss them and resummon them, but the mount does the same thing really.

Here's my level 36 Jedi Shadow during one sequence of the game:

**SPOILER ALERT: If you don't want to know anything about the Jedi Shadow storyline, do not watch video.
Not much is 'spoiled' in my opinion, but better safe than sorry if you don't like to be spoiled.
Video is only a few minutes game time out of the 100+ hour Jedi Shadow storyline.

Its WoW with Star Wars skins.

That was my greatest fear for this game.
To DREAM the IMPOSSIBLE DREAM. To FIGHT the unbeatable foe. To BEAR with unbearable sorrow. To RUN where the brave dare not go. To RIGHT the unrightable wrong. To LOVE, PURE AND CHASTE, FROM AFAR [-sigh-]. To TRY, when your arms are too weary; to REACH the unreachable Star!... This is my Quest; To follow that Star, no matter how hopeless, no matter how far...

I still really like it. It's taking me a while to get to level 50... I'm still only level 43 on my most advanced character.
The Legacy system is cool to me, so I made a few more related characters.
I really like the story,... and I never played WOW so this all new to me.

You can't put a SW game out there and have me NOT play it... lol! But most aren't good... the last one I got addicted to was Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns like 10 years ago...
This TOR game is the greatest,... IMO

I'm going to play this one for at least another year and a half.
Although my whole guild I started with has quit already :P

I would be playing but after Legacy patch it causes my computer to BSOD and they haven't been able to fix it yet. So, I do miss it but it's just a game.

I love me some TOR, kinda sad its going F2P, hopefully that increases the quality of content, not decreases it.

Keep finding myself bored with max level content and rolling up alts, which is fine until you hit the late 30s grind and get bored again. Hopefully the new content will get me playing my main again.

Going F2P will help it out if they do it right but for me i enjoy the game i really like the fact that we have servers here in Australia finally 20ms in a MMO :).

But from what i have read to get the most from the game we will still need to pay so not much will change for me or my pocket.
