HFx Obi-wan TPM Blinkified w/US 2.5 for Robi one

Hfx TPM w/US 2.5


Robi one (formerly OWEN LARS on Fx) wanted an uber-TPM, so I did this one.  Man this thing has a lot of room inside and boy did it come out COOL!  Made a custom clip to hold a tactile switch in place, cut an anodized knob and voila mom red switch. Sweet.  Call me Jeff Parks  ;).  This one also has a RoyalB accent under the purple hemisphere, a RoyalB Crystal Pommel and a 2600mAh NiMH battery pack complete with recessed recharge port (he is gonna have MONSTER run times).  ***and no I do not have US 2.5's for sale, so please don't flood my inbox***

They are very nice to convert this way.  Good thing is that they will be readily available for a long time, so maybe the fund will recover one day. ;)

Yeah, LDM tends to make sabers UBER loud as can be. As a matter of fact, I have had the neighbors complain over my V2 (I gotta stop playing with it outside at night, I guess).

I made some major mods to my pommel. If you look into the pommel of the Obi TPM you will see there is a disk with several small holes and a center post that connects the pieces together. This is the main reason the stock Obi TPM is so quiet. The sound has to make its way past all that junk before it can get out. Sooooo what I did was I spent a few hours with my Dremel tool and cutting bit and cut ALL of that out! Now the sound has a straight shot from the speaker to the holes in the bottom of the pommel. Of course this meant the parts are no longer screwed together. With a liberal mix of JB Weld in front of me I re-assembled the parts together again. The pommel is still very strong and solid. With the new US 2.5 and new speaker I believe the General when he says it's LOUD! ;D

Saber has arrived! I had it shipped to my work as I am there more often than not it seems. Well, the mailman just dropped it off! This thing is more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. Super loud too! I like how with the kill key removed the accent LED in the brass valve blinks every so often. I just can't say enough good things about this saber. Still playing around with it as I type. Great thanks to the General for doing this.

I do have a question. I searched but could not find a suitable answer. Mine has a Seoul P4 what LED settings on the US 2.5 should not be used to power it up?

Use the regular Lux III settings only please.
