"Razor" blade plugs - UPDATE 12/15/2011

Hi all, ARKM here.  Just letting you know that I will no longer be taking "Razor" blade plug orders for unbuilt blade plugs from this forum.  The reason for this is that there is a rule in place for the Trade Federation that states that you can only sell a completed item and with current pics of the exact item being sold (the saber runs from Mining Colony members are excluded from this rule).  This a great rule and it is there to protect the buyer.

Now this rule is not brand new so some of you may be wondering why my blade plug thread has been up for so long.  Well, it's simple really, my blade plug thread was posted before that rule was firmly in place.  As such, I was sort of "grandfathered in" so to speak.  However that is not fair to others who may want to post sale threads for orders for unbuilt items.  Therefore my ability to take orders for unbuilt items using the Trade Federation section of this forum should no longer be an option.  I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Again this is only for the FX-Sabers forum.

For this forum, I may be offering batches of completely built "Razor" blade plugs from time to time, but each time, they will be in a new thread just for that sale.  Should I do so, for those familiar with my blade plugs, I will be offering only the R2, R2D2, R2T and R2D2T (the D2 stands for Design 2 and the T stands for Turbine).  Also they will only be 1" in diameter, 1.5" long, sanded and using thin-walled polycarbonate.  If you would like to view pics of "Razor" blade plugs that I have made in the past, you can check them out here...

I'd like to thank Yoda, and the FX-Sabers council members for allowing me to sell here in the first place.  I also like to thank all of my customers for their business.  Thanks to all of you and this forum, I have sold well over 200 blade plugs since this thread was created and thanks to all of you reading this thread, it at one time became the third most popular thread in the entire Trade Federation.  All of this is way more than I ever expected so I thank you, all of you.  It's been a great ride and I had a lot of fun.

Firedrops saber blade plugs make it safer when you are displaying or carrying a saber without a blade [like at a convention] since they keep people from looking directly into a 'naked' tightly-collimated class-2-laser-brightness-rated LED [obviously we saberfans know one should NEVER do that but the uninitiated don't].

They also just look cool  8)
