Sound Install for Jin-Ke (by Gemini Concepts)
« on: November 15, 2009, 05:59:02 PM »
Hello All!

Jin Ke asked us to put sound in his US stunt saber so here it is.  It's running the original white P4 from a new HFX Jedi Soundboard.  We've also Powdercoated parts of the hilt Flat black.

This is the first time I've played with those grooved sections and they are VERY comfortable.  I highly recommend them for any shroudless saber.  This saber is DEFINATLY a dueller.  ;)

Jin-Ke... thank you (again) for your continued business.  Glad we could take care of this for you.  We'll hold it for a few days to play with   test and then I'll contact you with shipping details.

Thanks again!

On to the pics....

We've been pretty busy this weekend, ...a few HFX obi conversions, a US2.5 Obi, some continuing work on other sabers, etc. This was the last one for this weekend and was a really nice way to end the "weekend-o-builds".

Handy saber, looks good, feels good and now "sounds" good.

Thanks jin Ke for letting us do this, it was a fun project. I believe its an Anakin ROTS board in it.

Oh yeah...  BTW, this wasn't a US stunt saber.  It was a MHS saber of my own design...  The original guts were installed by Tim himself.  I'm naming it Aura..... ;D

I had a feeling it wasn't a US stunt as the internals were not set up the way UltraSabers usually sets it up.  But I figured with their recent "turnover", maybe they were doing it differently.

In retrospect... the TCSS logo'd pommel insert should have been a dead give-away.   :-[ :D :D :D  (It's been a LOOOOOOONG week, I need a nap  ;D )

Aura is a fitting name for this saber.   ;)
I'll PC the pommel for youas we discussed and will ship it out toward the end of the week.

Really? I thought Tim didn't do that.

I've been a long standing customer of TCSS.  I guess he makes exceptions sometimes.   ;D
