I have the hilts.  I am re-working the conversion this week and should communicate with the installers within a week's time.  Your installer will contact you (or I will with his email address).  If I end up doing all the powdercoating, then other than killing myself, everyone will have to pay me for that part before I ship to the installers.  That info will be in the email/PM you get.

Korbanth's personal sabers are finished.  The conversion has been finalized.  I need to take care of a few details, but hope to start contacting people next week to confirm details, etc.

So many questions, lol.  Yes.  i plan on it.  I also have a sweet switch solution that eliminates the need to futz with the accent LEDs and so allows all to be had.  See how nice I am? :))

What kind of switch design are thinking of? Will there be additional holes for the switches? I would not like to have changes to the existing design of the hilt despite the pc.

You shall see once i post korbanth;'s sabers.  I uploaded pix and vid last night and hope to post tonight.  At that point, I will move to figuring out what work i have to do prior to shipping to installers.  This is moving, but my Vindican Project is in it's final stages and is taking precedence due to the nearly 1 year wait time.

Thanks, very nice work. But I would prefer lightning accent leds as switches for my sid, if possible. Lightning for those leds isn't so important for me than to use those leds as swiches. Would be great, if both is possible. Extra funds are no problem.
May I ask when the installs on the other sids will start?

Here is the thing...switches made like that are notoriously finicky and fail often.  When you are doing a one-off install for a client it really is not a huge problem to warranty.  When you are doing 30 installs it becomes a nightmare if you have to fix 15 of them when they fail, which they will.  As I near my 800th saber, I become more and more resistant to doing something when I know for a fact that it is not a good idea.
