looks good but odd place for a covertec wheel, i have seen pics of an official sid with a covertec but it was on the otherside

Yes it's true with the covertec-wheel, but I wanted no other hole drill. You can undo even so it.

Curious about why you chose to do the kill key that way.  When someone uses the saber, then the pommel piece is off...
