Lightsabers and airports

Who here has been on a plane with a lightsaber?
How do you go about it with the lithium batteries blades ect. ?

It is best to normally ship it to your destination, because the security follows no set of rules as to what they confiscate and so if they even think it can be moderately dangerous they can confiscate it. I have never traveled with a saber before but I have heard stories of people that have and from what I have heard and read it is best to ship it to your destination.
