What are you gonna wear to the midnight?

I haven't fully decided if I am going to take my ESB or ROTJ V2 saber to the midnight. I have decent costumes for both.

If you are planning on seeing the midnight showing of episode VII, do you plan on taking a saber and engage in some duels on the sidewalk and chat it up with fellow fans? if so what will you bring?

Haha you must have been reading my dream journal! Of course I'm planning on costuming up for the premier :) Had a jedi build in the works for almost over a year, I'd be super shocked if it's not ready by then. Saber has been the part that Iv'e worked on most lately :P Although fingers are crossed I get any form of internal set up going by then. So that's probably most of what goes with me to the night, that and my inner childhood dreams, haha.
Either way pretty excited to say the least!

Hopefully the same costume I'm planning for Celebration 2016. Either Savage Opress or Kylo Ren, probably the latter.

If I can't, I'll just take a saber and muck around. :D

You'll want to check with your theaters ahead of time to make sure sabers are ok, many have increased their weapons policies in recent years, and it varies what they count as weapons.

my theater has a no guns, no SHARP edged swords.  I am sure they will be fine with lightsabers, if not I can leave the blade and take the hilt.

My girlfriend and I are doing a couple's costume as Anakin and Padme. I'm going to be Ep. III Anakin. My costume and boots are currently on the way. She is working with someone to make Padme's lake dress from AOTC.

saber all the way.  looking to have a V2 in hand from a planned run.  I'll be outfitting all my non-saber owning friends for it as well.  I believe it will be legendary.

Really cool! I'm trying to get my girlfriend to dress up, she is going with me but I don't know if she will wear anything. I decided to go ROTJ luke, I have everything except the glove and a belt.

I'm gonna have a tough time selecting a saber to wear... I have a feeling I'll need one heck of a belt to hold up all my favorites lol.  Costume wise, I'm still deciding, but at least it's December so full Jedi robes won't cook me!
