As Scorpion said, he is probably just working on the latest Star Wars movie.  Fingers crossed things look hopeful after that.

Predator is one of my favorite movie characters and this saber looks like something he would carry. Hope it works out and becomes a reality

Same here! I love the Predator franchise  and would love to see this come to life! I'm glad that the project's not dead yet!

This may be way too soon to say, but did Arnold schwarzenegger have something to do with it?

...Full serious face though, really bummed for you, everything was looking great!
Of Course I know him, he's me!

The idea for this saber started with me and I've been looking for other alternatives.  No luck but I'm not giving up yet.

I look forward to hearing more on this project. I this will continue and a finished product come from this.

It's a great idea and some great work.

I hope it was not some legal stuff that got in the way. Then this may be dead.

Just change the name and 10% of the design...

"I didn't say that, it was the DarkSide talking" :-X

I'm really sorry guys. As with most projects, it began with good intentions....
The problem was that Star Wars 7 took over EVERYTHING and having anything to do with Sabers was a problem to say the very least.
The other issue was, at the time, it was not viable to produce. The companies that I approached were expensive or simply fail to produce acceptable parts.

Now that things have changed and I have new companies that can cast parts and others that print in graphite - I will dig out the files and seek a prototype to send to JQSabers. Perhaps resorting our relationship. He is a great guy and I entered into this with the best intentions - not seeking anything other than providing cool stuff for you guys.

If nothing comes of it - I will release the files to JQSabers so you can achieve where I have not been able to.

Give me a few weeks to see if the new companies can produce a prototype for JQ....

Regards, Jet
