Roman prop Mk1 Blade plug
« on: August 25, 2016, 07:38:18 AM »
Hi all,

Can someone recommend a supplier for a blade plug for Romans props
Mk1 fx

I will be using a tri-cree.
Would like something that would blend and look part of the saber.

Also looking for Luke V2 conical knob
I've contacted pastor Jedi a few times and not had anything back,
I really do want to purchase a few items from Pastor.

Many thanks
Adam

Try GG/LDM on the V2 cone knob.

If find a maker for a plug let us all know bc i'm sure many owners would like one, me included. I had a lead on another forum but the smith is super busy as of late.

The afbb is very nice, mine will be display only.

The weathered is lovely more in keeping to Alec Guinness new hope.
I love the blue ish finish on the mk1 and booster.
The weathering of the brass blends well.
I opted for the chrome sink knob upgrade it really finishes it off.

You could go the machine finish and then perhaps weather it or powder coat??

My lead on the cone knob may be a dead end, I've emailed but know response.

Wolf
Send me a pm with your email
And I'll forward pics.

You will need to be patient though as I'm so busy at work at the moment it's just home sleep back to work.
