How do I set sensitivity to my graflex 2.0? And is it safe to store long term?

My lightsaber is making sounds like it is moving even when it is sitting still. Is there a way to set sensitivity? and if I want to store my saber, is there a way to detatch the battery so it doesn't leak or cause damage?

Where did you get it? Is the battery even removable,  or is it hard-wired to the saber?  A bit more information is required.
